Here's a great example of "easier said than done." It's a montage of health experts and advisors warning the public to keep their hands away from their face due to coronavirus . . . and then they absentmindedly touch their face.
It was put together by "The Washington Post" and they ring a bell each time someone in the clip does it. If you need something to do this weekend, this could make a very good drinking game :)
