Former Dallas police officer Amber Guyger, who shot and killed her unarmed upstairs neighbor in his apartment in September 2018 after the 31-year-old said she'd mistaken his apartment for hers, was found guilty of murder yesterday. - The same jury who found Guyger guilty of killing 26-year-old Botham Jean will decide her punishment, which could range from five years to life in prison.
Singer R. Kelly's attorney is making another push to get him released from jail while he waits for his trial on criminal charges in several states.
- His attorney said Kelly is dealing with stifling conditions behind bars, while suffering from anxiety and a hernia.
- Greenberg also said Kelly's visits with his two live-in girlfriends are "severely restricted," with only one allowed at a time.
