The secrets are about to be out!!

A Cook County Judge ruled on Thursday that Jussie Smollett's case files can be unsealed and the reasoning behind it is veryyyyy interesting. Judge Steve Watkins essentially made the decision because of Jussie Smollett's interview with GMA. Watkins said that Jussie's actions did not reflect "the actions of a person seeking to maintain his privacy or simply be left alone."

The details of the case have been of much interest since the case was dropped, seemingly out of nowhere, by State's Attorney, Kim Foxx's office. Controversy that arguably has always existed around the case, has only amplified since it was dropped; Kim Foxx had publicly "recused" herself while seemingly still being involved in the case behind the scenes. Additionally, the Chicago Police Department and former Mayor, Rahm Emmanuel, had no idea the case wouldn't be pursued by the State's Attorney's office, believing the evidence provided in the case was more than enough to prosecute.

It seems that the media will be receiving this evidence and much, much more as the investigative file reportedly has nearly 600 pages!!

We'll keep you updated as this story devolps.
