#FindingTheGood: Chicago puppies lined up for their drive-through "pet food pantry" downtown

The pictures are adorable!

Last weekend, it was all about the dogs at the second drive-through "pet food pantry" event that the Cook County Sheriff's Department coordinated downtown!

Hundreds of Chicagoans drove many miles to claim dog food, treats, toys & accessories ... helping those needing it the most during the pandemic, including Jose Rodriguez, who drove 40 miles for his Gucci Rose.

Jose told the Sun-Times, “We love it because it helps out especially right now with, you know, being out of work... This one’s expensive. [He spends $150 to $200 a month on his dog Gucci Rosé.] She’s a spoiled brat, so a princess.”

Both events happened in partnership with the Tails of Redemption program, Fetching Tails Foundation and Rescue Pack Chicago. Planners are hoping for another drive-through happy donation drive next month!
