It's shaping up to be an epic night on April 11 as Country music’s best and brightest are getting set to take the stage in Nashville at this year’s CMT Music Awards!

CMT has announced the first list of scheduled performers set to wow the crowd at the 2022 CMT Music Awards, with Luke Combs, Miranda Lambert, Keith Urban, Maren Morris and Ryan Hurd, Little Big Town, Kane Brown, Carly Pearce, Cole Swindell and Lainey Wilson, Cody Johnson, and of course, Kelsea Ballerini in the mix, who is hosting the show alongside actor Anthony Mackie.

Check out the full list of nominees up for awards this year, including Kane Brown who leads the group with four nods, while Kelsea, Mickey Guyton, and first-time nominees BRELAND and Cody Johnson are trailing close behind with three each. Fan voting is now open at vote.cmt.com, and general voting continues until Monday, April 4 at 10AM ET.
