The Country Music Hall of Fame just unveiled its brand new exhibition American Currents: State of the Music exploring the music and events that shaped the past year. In one of the most extraordinary years in recent history, stars of the past and present join together to give their thoughts on Country music in 2020.
The annual exhibition will recognize the following artists in this year’s American Currents: State of the Music exhibit. Jimmie Allen, Ingrid Andress, Gabby Barrett, Casey Beathard, The Chicks, Eric Church, Luke Combs, Charley Crockett, Freddy Fender, Mickey Guyton, Faith Hill, Hot Country Knights, Miranda Lambert, Ashley McBryde, Lester “Roadhog” Moran, Maren Morris, Rissi Palmer, Dolly Parton, John Prine, Darius Rucker, Sister Sadie, Dan + Shay, Billy Strings, and Eddie Stubbs.
The exhibition will feature an Unbroken Circle section pairing artists illustrating the connection between Country music’s past and present.
Additionally, the Country Music Hall of Fame will offer a virtual glimpse at the American Currents: State of the Music exhibit on Friday, March 19 at 8PM ET / 5PM PT. The event will stream on the Museum’s Facebook and YouTube channel; and will feature conversations and performances with Luke Combs, Rissi Palmer, and Billy Strings. Additionally, Country legend Vince Gill will provide an introduction while CEO Kyle Young will offer an exhibition exploration.
