CHICAGO (WBBM Newsradio) - The Queen Bey is returning to the Windy City.

The newly announced “Cowboy Carter Tour” will include a stop in Chicago. Beyoncé will perform at Soldier Field for two nights- May 15 and 17. Both concerts begin at 7 p.m. The presale ticket event on Ticketmaster is slated for next Tuesday, Feb. 11 at 2 p.m. Tickets to the general public will open on Feb. 14.

In all, there will be 22 shows, with performances in Los Angeles, East Rutherford, New Jersey, London, Paris, Houston, Washington D.C. and Atlanta.

This marks the second time in three years the iconic musical artist has visited Chicago. She last performed in Chicago in July of 2023 as part of “Renaissance World Tour.”

Beyoncé won album of the year for “Cowboy Carter” at Sunday's Grammys, delivering her — at last — the show’s elusive top award.

The superstar, who is both the most awarded and nominated artist in Grammys history, has been up for the category four times before and many feel she has been snubbed by its top honors.

In winning album of the year with “Cowboy Carter,” Beyoncé has become the first Black woman to win the top prize in the 21st century.

The Associated Press contributed to this report.
