(WBBM NEWSRADIO) — The FBI is searching for a suspect in a Barrington bank robbery.
A man made verbal demands for money at a Chase Bank on W Northwest Highway around 1 p.m. on Tuesday, according to the FBI.
The suspect is described as a Black man in his 20s. He's around 5 foot, 6 inches tall and has a thin build.
During the robbery, the suspect was wearing dark clothes, a hooded sweatshirt, blue gym shoes with white laces, a baseball cap, sunglasses, and a gaiter-style face covering.
Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to report anonymous tips to the FBI Chicago Office at 312-421-6700 and tips.fbi.gov.
