
(WBBM NEWSRADIO) — Two passengers got into a fight on inbound Metra Union Pacific Northwest Line train 622 Wednesday morning, Metra announced.
The train stopped at Park Ridge shortly before 8 a.m. where it was met by police and an ambulance.
One passenger was treated for a bloody nose, authorities said.
Both passengers were held by Park Ridge police before they were arrested by Metra Police.
Officials said charges are pending.
Service on the Union Pacific Northwest Line was delayed for 20 minutes due to the fight and a car accident near the tracks in the Norwood Park neighborhood on the northwest side.
