WINFIELD, Ind. (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- A Bears hall of famer is facing charges of Driving Under the Influence.

Former Bears defensive lineman, Super Bowl champion and Pro Football Hall of Famer Dan Hampton was arrested last weekend on DUI charges in Winfield, a small town in Northwest Indiana.

Police said he was taken to Lake County jail, where bail was set at $25,000 and he bonded out. This isn't the first time that Hampton has been in this type of situation.

He was sentenced to a week in jail in 2002 on drunk driving charges and CNN reported that he was also arrested for Driving While Intoxicated in 1996 and 1997.
