Fourth victim killed in CTA Blue Line shooting identified

(WBBM NEWSRADIO) — Police release the identity of the fourth victim of Labor Day’s deadly Blue Line shooting.

Forest Park police announced on Friday that 52-year-old Sean Jones of Chicago was killed in an early morning shooting on a CTA Blue Line train heading to Forest Park.

The shooting suspect, Rahnni Davis, made his first appearance in court Wednesday afternoon in district court in Maywood.

Davis was has been charged with four counts for first degree murder. He is being held in custody.

At his court appearance on Wednesday, prosecutors detailed how security video allegedly shows Davis shooting passengers in the last car of the train. The four killed are believed to have been sleeping on the train when they were shot.

On Tuesday, officials shared that Simeon Bihesi, 28; Adrian Collins, 60; and Margaret Miller, 64, were killed in the shooting.

Prosecutors say Davis has been charged in at least six criminal cases in Cook County since November 2012 using several names and a variety of addresses.
