The iconic Metro Chicago celebrates 40 years of being an integral part of the city's music scene. In an endeavor that started a few years ago during the pandemic, Metro has assembled a collection of pictures taken by local photographers that capture the greatest moments at the venue- on and off stage- over the last 40 years. It is called the "Postcard Project" and can be purchased for $40, here. Proceeds will go directly to the photographers as well as an emergency relief fund started for musical artists, venues, and their staff who are still struggling because of the pandemic.
