A family of ducks has been reunited, thanks to a group of fast-acting strangers on Chicago's Far Southwest Side Tuesday morning.

Kate McMahon was in the area of 104th and Lawndale when she found out on social media that the baby ducks nearby had fallen into a sewer. So, McMahon and a group of good Samaritans quickly assembled. They pulled the sewer cover off and used a bucket, along with a pool skimmer, to rescue the tiny ducklings.

As they worked, the mother duck watched. Now, the family of ducks has been reunited, and video shows their reunion, complete with lots of quacks.
