If you look up at the sky this week, you might be able to catch the Perseid meteor shower.

The meteor is expected to reach its peak between Wednesday and Friday, according to space.com.

Officials say the lack of moonlight in the night sky can allow stargazers to catch these meteor showers.

NASA will host a stream of the Perseid meteor shower which you can view here.
