Chicago police say the remains were found in the trash near Washington and Leclaire at around 7 p.m. Saturday night, which is about blocks from where human remains were found Wednesday.
The Sun-Times reports Streets and Sanitation workers discovered the lower half of a male body at around 9 a.m. Police have not said if the two incidents are related.
