
(WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- Multiple students and school employees were injured Friday after a chemical irritant was sprayed during a disturbance at a Near West Side high school.
First responders were sent Friday afternoon to Chicago Bulls College Prep, 2040 W Adams St., after someone discharged mace or pepper spray during a fight, Chicago Fire Department spokesperson Larry Langford said.
Two adult staff members were taken to the hospital in good condition for irritation and inhalation, while four students declined treatment, he said.
School was dismissed after the incident.
