(WBBM NEWSRADIO) — A Wisconsin man is back in jail after his second DUI arrest in eight weeks.

In addition to an aggravated DUI charge, Sammy D. Lee, of Kenosha, was accused of driving on a suspended license after he was stopped in Highland Park early Thursday morning.

Lake County prosecutors said Lee’s eyes were bloodshot and glassy when Highland Park police pulled him over, and the Lake and McHenry County Scanner reported that the 55-year-old admitted to drinking three hours earlier.

The news site reported Lee’s license was revoked after he pleaded guilty in a February DUI arrest, and he was sentenced to 12 months supervision while the other charges were dropped. That plea deal happened just hours before his arrest in Highland Park.

A judge set Lee’s bond at $250,000.
