(WBBM NEWSRADIO) — If you have to park at Chicago O'Hare International Airport, you now have more options.
The new Terminal 5 garage doubles the amount of parking at the terminal to about 1,700 spaces. It is also the first parking structure to service the terminal.
Additionally, to help drivers find parking faster, the garage features displays that show the number of available spaces in real-time.
The 6-level garage can be used for both long-term and short-term parking for domestic and international travelers as well as anyone picking them up or dropping them off.
It also has 48 complimentary electric vehicle charging stations.
The garage also features a fully enclosed pedestrian bridge to get to Terminal 5.
