No arrests after stabbing sends 4 to hospital near Chicago nightclub

CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) — Four people were hospitalized Sunday morning after they were stabbed near a nightclub on Chicago's Near West Side, according to Chicago police.

Officials said it happened shortly after 1:45 a.m. on West Walnut Street near North Leavitt Street. Officers responded to reports of one person being stabbed — but found four people were stabbed.


Two adult women were taken to Rush Hospital, and a third woman was taken to Stroger Hospital. A man was also stabbed; he was taken to Rush Hospital.

Police shared no details about their ages, but a spokesperson said they were all listed in good condition.

The stabbing happened outside, and officials said they were unable to provide details.

No one was in custody. Area Three detectives are investigating.
