Park Ridge police are looking for the gunman who shot at another driver during a road rage incident during the middle of the day Tuesday.
It was about 3:45 p.m. when Park Ridge police responded to a shooting at the intersection of Cumberland and Talcott.
The department said a man driving southbound on Cumberland had an unspecified road rage incident with a silver colored sedan. Once at the red light, police said, the other driver pointed a handgun and fired multiple shots at the man before taking off.
The victim was not hit, but his car was left with broken glass and several bullet holes. No one is in custody.
Police would like to hear from witnesses or anyone with information about the shooting.
