
CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) --The National Restaurant Association Show is coming to Chicago this week at McCormick Place and plant-based foods are taking a bigger bite than ever.
Danny O’Malley is Founder President of “Before The Butcher” which makes plant-based foods. He said plant-based restaurants, and menu options, are pushing to the front of the line here in Chicago.
"I think you're gonna see all the regular things that you see at this show every year that excites everyone that goes there, but you're gonna see some really cool, innovative plant-based options out there."
