(WBBM NEWSRADIO) — Illinoisans have another chance to win the Powerball jackpot Monday night, which has grown to a record $1.9 billion dollars.

Although your chance to win Monday’s Powerball is 1-in-292 million, the Illinois Lottery said three people here won $150,000 each in the last drawing, including someone who bought their ticket at the Circle K in Steger.

The others were at the Iowa border and on the lottery’s website. Tickets worth $50,000 were purchased at a shell station in Winthrop Harbor and DG Food and Liquor Mart in Downers Grove.

It took two months of no big winners for the Powerball to swell to its $1.9 billion pot, and if a winner is declared Monday, they will have won the largest jackpot in world history.

Back in July, Mega Millions reached $1.3 billion, a jackpot which was won by a still anonymous person — who bought their ticket at a Des Plaines gas station.
