CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- Phew! COVID threatened to sideline Sir Elton John for the rest of his U.S. tour, but have no fear, Captain Fantastic is all set for his two Farewell Yellow Brick Road concerts at United Center this weekend!

I can't think of an artist with such influence on keyboard players. Bruce Hornsby, Ben Folds, and PJ Morton of Maroon 5 cite Sir Elton as pivotal influences. He's left his mark on multiple genres, too. You can find hints and samples in songs by Kanye West, Jack White, and even Boston's "More Than A Feeling." Let's not forget his amazing style! Seeing Elton John perform on stage is truly a feast for the senses.
