DJ Moore, Bears agree to a 4-year contract extension

LAKE FOREST, Ill. (670 The Score) — Receiver DJ Moore and the Bears have struck an agreement on a four-year contract extension worth up to $110 million.

Moore’s contract will reportedly include $82.6 million guaranteed as part of the agreement. Moore’s agent, Drew Rosenhaus, was present at practice at Halas Hall on Tuesday morning before the agreement was in place.

The Bears acquired Moore from the Panthers in a blockbuster trade in March 2023 that sent the No. 1 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft to Carolina. The 27-year-old Moore had 96 receptions for 1,364 yards and eight scores in 17 games for Chicago last season.

Moore previously had two years remaining on his contract with the Bears. He has now been rewarded after stepping in as a key figure for this team’s future and is under contract through the 2029 season.
