(WBBM NEWSRADIO) — Animal rescue organizations in the Chicago area and Northwest Indiana have been using social media to share information about a suburban man who’s alleged to have been adopting and torturing cats.
The man is reported to be under investigation by Burnham Police. We are not naming him at this point.
Rescue organizations claim he’s been adopting cats and then torturing them for fun. Then posting videos on social media.
One woman with a rescue organization said there are about 20 reports of cats having been adopted by the man.
She said his address was discovered and the home he rents was vandalized and windows were broken.
She also discouraged that, saying she wants justice too, but they will have to be patient.
