LAKE VILLA (WBBM NEWSRADIO) - A 34-year-old man from unincorporated Lake Villa is accused of stealing five vehicles.

Drew Nelson, according to the Sheriff’s office, started with a mini bike near his home early Tuesday.

He then went to a restaurant in Fox Lake, where he’s alleged to have swapped the mini bike for a golf cart.

Lake County Sheriff’s Office said he drove the golf cart to a home in Ingleside, where he stole a four-wheeler. It's reported that he drove that around for a while then returned to the same residence and stole a 1962 Porsche, which, the Sheriff’s office said, is valued at $200,000.

It wasn’t over yet.

It's alleged he drove the Porsche to Wauconda where he stole another car and where he was arrested by Wauconda police.
