(WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- The U.S. Postal Service is offering a reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to the conviction of whoever is responsible for the armed robbery of a postal carrier in Humboldt Park.

Chicago Police say the victim was a 36-year-old woman. Five young men robbed the carrier last month in the 1000 block of North Hamlin.

Police say the men demanded post office property she was carrying.

The postal service says the five suspects are all in their late teens to early 20s and left the scene in a silver Jeep or Ford SUV.

Officials released a surveillance image of two suspects.
