CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) - Police are searching for several suspects after a pair of overnight burglaries on the city’s North Side.
Two Lincoln Park businesses were broken into in a matter of minutes. The first happened at 3:30 a.m., near Lincoln and Webster avenues. Chicago Police said someone broke a front window and left a trail of merchandise on the floor leading out the store.
Just moments later, on the same block, officers got a call of another shattered storefront window. In that case, police said several suspects ran out with various items in hand and jumped into two cars standing by.
One of the businesses struck is Mr. Vape and Smoke Shop, which was broken into just last week around the same time.
