Will the cast of the 1990s soap “Melrose Place” reunite?

According to a report from Entertainment Tonight, Laura Leighton, Josie Bissett, and Daphne Zuniga, who starred together in the famous soap opera, will work together on Fox’s upcoming “Fantasy Island” reboot.
During an episode called “The Big Five Oh,” airing in September, the three actors will reunite. The episode will explain how old friends will come to an island and celebrate their 50th birthdays. However, all of them will discover rifts in their friendships.
Zuniga posted a promo picture for the show alongside Leighton and Bissett to her official Instagram page.
“Having a BLAST with Josie and Laura again!!! @fantasyislandtv on our old Melrose Place home @foxtv,” she captioned the post.
Fans of the soap opera commented on the post with excitement.
“This makes me so happy,” one fan said.
“Can’t wait to see,” wrote another, adding, “Still all beauties.”
“Melrose Place” was a spinoff of “Beverly Hills, 90210” that aired from 1992 until 1999 on Fox. The show focused on a group of young adults who lived in the same Los Angeles apartment complex.
In April of 2020, the cast of "Melrose Place” reunited for a remote special on the "Stars in the House" benefit series for The Actors Fund.
The series was hosted by Seth Rudetsky and James Wesley and highlighted a special reunion that was featured on YouTube. The show highlighted favorites from the casts of "Frasier," "Glee," "Desperate Housewives," "SCTV," and "Taxi."
