The couple, who were engaged back in November, held their ceremony on a friends farm that included an array of special family mementos, according to PEOPLE.
The heartfelt ties included an altar that Patrick built with her father, a horseshoe made by her dad's foundry sitting above their heads, and the same cake-topper from her grandparents' wedding.
The ceremony even included a longtime family friend as the couple was married by Tenpenny's high school football coach, Scott Tillman.
When asked what the couple was looking forward to most about marriage they answered: "Getting to call each other husband and wife."
"Trust, respect, [and] never stop flirting or dating each other [keep our relationship strong]," they told PEOPLE. "Fight for each other, not with each other."
