Need a ride to the polls on Election Day? Several groups are providing Free rides!

Neighborhood Assistance Cooperation of America, also known as NACA, has been ready to take 100,000 Atlanta voters to the polls since early voting up until election day. Their poll-to-the-polls campaign is deploying 15 passenger vans through nine counties in metro Atlanta to ensure everyone who wants to vote can get to the polls for free. The campaign has been running for 20 days, and voters can request a ride by going to www.naca.com or calling 888-495-6222 or 1-888-495-8222. Vans will be equipped with PPE, sanitizer, and disinfectant.

The People’s Agenda is also providing rides; to find out more information, call 877-524-8683. Additionally, the New Georgia Project offers free transportation to the polls; call 800-874-1541 to request a ride.

If you prefer to take MARTA and your polling place is not on the MARTA line, you can obtain an Uber voucher through the martaconnect link. Call MARTA’s Customer Care Center at 404-848-5000 with any questions or visit www.itsmarta.com/MARTA/Connect for a list of eligible polling places and information on other transportation options if your precinct is not listed.
