An Atlanta judge has denied bond for Julian Conley, who is charged with murder in the death of little Secoriea Turner.
The 8 year old was riding in a car with her mother and another person when she was fatally shot on July 4th.
It happened near the site where Rayshard Brooks was fatally shot by Atlanta police in June.
