The time has finally come, the Renaissance Tour is making it's stop in Atlanta at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium this weekend and there are a few things you should be made aware of and prepared for before you go party with Queen Bey.

Mercedes-Benz Stadium
Note that this stadium does have a clear bag policy. Per their website "Bags must be CLEAR plastic, vinyl or PVC and not exceed 12" x 6" x 12". Bags cannot be tinted with color or include oversized content that prevents visibility into the clear bag." However, if you do not have a clear bag, "non-clear bags that are smaller than 4.5" x 6.5" will be permitted into the stadium."

For quickest possible entry, it is recommended that you do not bring a bag.

Parking/Transportation
There are a range of parking options at this stadium within a 20 minute walk. We do recommend purchasing a parking pass before your show date as they are likely to sell out fast. With prices ranging from $23.60-$114 (prices are subject to change), you can purchase a pass from the Mercedes-Benz website. All parking lots will open at 1:00 p.m.

If you plan on using a ride share service like Uber or Lyft please plan accordingly. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. and best believe traffic will be heavy and the prices will be through the roof. Try reserving your ride prior to your show date. Please keep in mind, that once the show ends you may be subject to delay as their will be an influx of people requesting rides at the same time.

Marta is another option which may be the most efficient as some Marta stations offer free parking and there are two stations connected directly to the stadium.

Tickets
Make sure to have your tickets downloaded on your phone as this stadium is a 100% mobile ticketing venue.

Timeliness
As mentioned before, plan accordingly! Get there early to give yourself time to get through traffic, wait in line, purchase merch if you want and get to your seat.

Attire/Accessories
Now we all know, this is everyone's time to shine, to put their best Renaissance theme outfits together and show out, but functionality is the name of the game. Beyoncé's shows have lasted somewhere between 2-3 hours, so that's two straight hours, at least, of you standing-- please don't wear shoes that you know will have you aching and groaning and walking out the stadium barefoot. If you're going to wear anything with a slight heel, please invest in some insoles. Your feet will thank you later.

As we all know, Atlanta's weather is so unpredictable, your weather app will say 90 degrees and sunny and then you walk outside to a thunderstorm, so be prepared for whatever weather is thrown at you. We recommend you bring a clear poncho and a portable fan. The portable fan is especially important for inside of the concert because best believe it's going to be hot! The crowd will be packed and people will be dancing, you're going to need that little breeze.

And most importantly, be safe! We hope we've helped equip you with all you need to know to dance the night away with the Queen.
