Not everyone is happy today, but those who are, have been celebrating in the streets across the country.
Joe Biden won Pennsylvania officially on Saturday around 11:00 a.m. Eastern time the state's 20 electoral college votes for a total of 273. Biden will become the 46th president of the United States.

Equally momentous is the election of former California Senator, Kamala Harris, as America's first woman, first Black person, and first South Asian elected to the seat of Vice President.
