LIVE: Massive crowd shows ahead of 'Cop City' funding vote

A massive crowd has coverged upon Atlanta City Hall as the city council prepares to vote on funding for a huge police training center. It would be located in an area of unincorporated DeKalb County.

Several hundreds are gathered inside Atlanta City Hall, with many prepared to speak about the facility that's referred to by opponents as 'Cop City'. There are hundreds more on the outside the building.

The council is set to vote today on more than $30 million to fund the facility. Police, fire officials, and emergency responders would train at the center. The total price tag is $90 million.
