Cuteness overload! When Senator Reverend Raphael Warnock was joined by VP Kamala Harris to commemorate the oath of office, his toddler children held the Bible, and they were definitely committed to the task. For a moment there was some extremely cute child's play over who would actually hold the Bible.
Harris had administered the official oath earlier Tuesday to members in the Senate Chamber.
After a very brief tussle over the Book, little Chloe and Caleb quickly relented and shared the duty of holding it for their dad. Following the ceremonial oath the doting father, also senior pastor of Atlanta's Ebenezer Baptist Church, said gleefully "Preacher's children fighting over the Bible," which drew giggles from the Vice President and others inside the room.
Warnock was also joined by four of his siblings for the history-making event.
