Giants coach Joe Judge said his team has been having problems with their headsets all season, including during Monday night's loss to the Chiefs.

After the game, Judge was asked to explain a pair of first-half timeouts which seemed to come at inopportune times.
The second-year coach said the headsets were largely to blame because they weren't "getting any reception" -- and haven't been for much of the season.
“It’s happened in every game so far,” Judge told reporters, according to Tom Rock of Newsday. “We deal with the league, and they keep telling us there are different software updates, but we had to call two timeouts today because we’re trying to send the deals in personnel-wise, and we have half the headsets aren’t getting any reception. ... Whatever the issue with that is, the people involved with that had better get it fixed fast.”
Despite the stern warning to "get it fixed" and the apparent suggestion that the Giants had already conferred with the NFL about it, Judge conceded he didn't know if it was the league or his own staff that was responsible for issues with headsets.
Whether it goes beyond the Giants is unclear. Judge's complaint seems to be the first reported case from a coach this season.
The Giants fell to 2-6 with the tough 20-17 defeat in Kansas City in Week 8. It was Big Blue's third defeat of three points or fewer this season.
Clearly, Judge was frustrated after squandering an opportunity to make it two wins in a row, following a win over the Panthers in Week 7.
And if the headsets have been a persistent issue, then certainly his rant is understandable. Every team deserves a level playing field.
However, Judge's uncertainty over who is responsible is a bit concerning. Fair or not, the head coach is held responsible for the results, regardless of the circumstances.
