Tickets for Joe Castiglione's Hall of Fame induction now on sale

You can be there for Joe Castiglione's big day.

The National Baseball Hall of Fame has announced that a limited number of tickets are being made available for the longtime Red Sox broadcaster's induction into Cooperstown, with Castiglione being presnted the Ford C. Frick Award. To purchase tickets for the event go to baseballhall.org.

The presentation will take place on July 20 at the Glimmerglass Festival, located just north of Cooperstown, N.Y. The tribute will also include a celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Red Sox' 2004 world championship team, with appearances by Hall of Famers David Ortiz and Pedro Martinez, along with other members of the '04 club.

Castiglione, who has called Red Sox games on the radio for a record 41 seasons, was selected at the 2024 recipient of the Ford C. Frick Award, presented annually for excellence in broadcasting by the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum. Castiglione is the longest tenured broadcaster in Red Sox history.
