The Atlanta Falcons are getting ready to take on the Miami Dolphins coming off of a bye. The Falcons' last game they were able to get a win in London against the New York Jets.

There were some positives to take away from that win. Kyle Pitts was finally able to haul in his first touchdown catch of the season. Matt Ryan was able to remain upright for most of the game. But coming into the season, there were a lot of questions about whether or not the Falcons were a team that should have torn down their entire roster and hit the reset button.

D. Orlando Ledbetter, of The AJC, joined The Jon Chuckery Show to give some clarity as to whether or not the Falcons are in a rebuild. “They’re not calling it a rebuild, but it's a build-out," Ledbetter said.

No matter what the Falcons call it, they have to continue to add cheap talent to this roster. The only way they are going to add cheap talent is by drafting well. Regardless of what they call it, Terry Fontenot and Arthur Smith are going to have to make sound decisions going forward, specifically in the NFL draft.
