Laura is a longtime WCCO Radio news anchor, editor and host of the the station's Saturday morning lineup of listener-driven lifestyle shows ranging from gardening to car care to home improvement. Laura originated the award-winning “A Closer Look” series, providing thoughtful coverage of important local issues and uncovering unique, untold stories across the state. She also hosted a Good News podcast, highlighting inspiring people and positive stories in the community.
Outside the studio, Laura enjoys traveling with her husband, working on their own home improvement projects, volunteering with the Minnesota Orchestra, and exploring her passions for creative writing and painting.
