David Haugh (6-5): Jets 27, Bears 23
The Jets have playoff aspirations. The Bears can’t wait for the draft. Two teams with different agendas meet Sunday, with the sense of urgency greater for the Jets — especially now that they’ve benched Zach Wilson. The uncertain status of Justin Fields only complicates this for the Bears, whose defense will be a welcome sight for Jets backup quarterback Mike White. The Jets’ D-line is too fierce. This game should be close, but the Bears won’t have enough consistency on either side of the ball and will once again fall short.
Danny Parkins (6-5): Jets 19, Bears 7
It feels like this will be an ugly, low-scoring game that hurts the eyes and makes us question how we watched Bears games before they had a franchise quarterback.
Matt Spiegel (7-4): Jets 23, Bears 20
This prediction was delivered with no knowledge of who’s playing quarterback for either team, so let’s base it on the talent base. The Jets have some excellent young pieces – more than the Bears. The Jets defense scores a touchdown to get them over the top.
Chris Tannehill (8-3): Jets 17, Bears 13
One quarterback was benched, and QB1 is banged up. None of that matters though, because the Jets defense is still a unit that poses a lot of issues for a young quarterback. If I pick incorrectly, I’ll never make my pick while drinking a Yuengling in Disney World ever again.
Adam Studzinski (4-7): Bears 40, Jets 20
I'm stealing Shane's bit this week, because trying to pick these games logically just doesn't work. So I'm going down with the ship. Zach Wilson isn't starting, and Mike White should actually be able to move the ball for the Jets, but the Bears win in a blowout because I just want them to. If Justin Fields doesn't play, maybe they only win 30-20 instead of by 20. Happy Thanksgiving. Bear down.
Chris Emma (7-4): Jets 24, Bears 20
Will it be Mike White facing Justin Fields? White matching up with Trevor Siemian? Either way, the Jets will come out on top of this game, sending the Bears to their fifth straight loss.
Cam Ellis (6-5): Bears 21, Jets 17
I'm filing workers’ comp for this game. Like, just think about all the things you could do instead of watch this game. Please don't watch it.
