(670 The Score) The price of Bears season tickets is going up in 2025.
The Bears will implement an average price increase of 10% to their season-ticket packages, team president/CEO Kevin Warren wrote in a letter to season-ticket holders Wednesday.
Warren cited "incorporating market dynamics, industry trends and a strong home schedule" in making the decision to increase the cost of season-ticket packages.
"The future is bright, and I am confident we are on target to build the Chicago Bears into a championship-caliber franchise celebrating sustained success our fans have earned and deserve," Warren wrote in part of his letter. "Please know that your energy creates a home-field advantage that is the best in sports. We need you to stand tall with our franchise and our players."
The Bears increased their season-ticket packages 8% last year.
The Bears went 5-12 in 2024 in one of the most disappointing campaigns in franchise history. Chicago endured a 10-game losing streak and fired head coach Matt Eberflus on Nov. 29. It marked the first time in franchise history that the Bears had dismissed a head coach in the middle of a season.
The Bears hired Ben Johnson as their new head coach on Jan. 21 and formally introduced him a day later. Their hope is that Johnson can pair well with 23-year-old quarterback Caleb Williams, who flashed potential as a rookie last season.
"We are confident this decision will positively impact this franchise for many years," Warren wrote. "Coach Johnson has assembled a first-class staff and together, they are determined to teach, coach, and empower our football team. General manager Ryan Poles and coach Johnson are building a strong and positive working relationship, setting the foundation for future success."
The Bears will play eight home games and nine road contests in 2025. They'll host the Packers, Lions, Vikings, Cowboys, Giants, Browns, Steelers and Saints at Soldier Field.
The full schedule will be released in the spring.
