LAKE FOREST, Ill. (670 The Score) — It remains to be seen whether the Bears will face their nemesis and future Hall of Fame quarterback Aaron Rodgers on Sunday with the Steelers visiting Soldier Field.
Rodgers on Friday was listed as questionable to play as he continues to manage a fracture in his left wrist. He practiced Thursday and Friday with the injury, which is to his non-throwing wrist and which he suffered in a win against the Bengals this past Sunday. The Steelers would turn to backup quarterback Mason Rudolph if Rodgers isn't healthy enough to play.
The 41-year-old Rodgers is 25-5 in his career against the Bears, with each of those matchups coming during his 18-year tenure with the Packers. This is his first season with the Steelers.
The Bears have listed Pro Bowl cornerback Jaylon Johnson as questionable Sunday. He was a full participant in practice Thursday for the first time since undergoing core muscle surgery in September.
The Bears must activate Johnson by Saturday at 3 p.m. CT in order for him to play Sunday.
Bears nickelback Kyler Gordon (calf), safety Jaquan Brisker (shoulder) and left tackle Theo Benedet (quad) are also questionable for Sunday. Linebacker Tremaine Edmunds (groin), linebacker T.J. Edwards (hand/hamstring), linebacker Noah Sewell (elbow) and running back Roschon Johnson (thumb) were ruled out.
The Bears (7-3) and Steelers (6-4) will kick off at noon CT on Sunday from Soldier Field.
