For the Wanna kickoff WBEE Guitars & Stars on November 29th? online contest, enter starting November 13, 2023 at 6:00pm (ET) through 11:59pm (ET) on November 20, 2023 by going to https://www.audacy.com/wbee/contests, clicking on the Wanna kickoff WBEE Guitars & Stars on November 29th? Contest Link, and completely filling out the entry form, which includes uploading an mp3 file of only YOU singing the first verse of the U.S. national anthem acappella. Only the individual who submits the entry may be included in the audio. No other person's voice or talent may be captured in the audio. Any audio with any other person(s) in it will be ineligible and will be disqualified. The audio will NOT be posted online or shared, but is required for judging purposes. By entering this contest, entrant agrees that he/she will be available and able to perform the U.S. national anthem at the Venue prior to the start of WBEE Guitars and Stars on November 29th, 2023 at approximately 7:30pm (ET). Entrant must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.

On or about Tuesday, November 21, 2023, Station judges will select one (1) entry, based on any lawful criteria determined by the Station in its sole discretion, and upon verification, winner in this Contest will receive: (i.) two (2) tickets to WBEE Guitars & Stars on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at 7:30PM (ET) at the West Herr Auditorium Theatre located at 885 East Main Street, Rochester, NY 14605, valued at approximately $66 U.S. dollars, courtesy of WBEE; and (ii.) the opportunity for the Winner to perform the U.S. National Anthem at the concert Venue on November 29, 2023. The prize does NOT include transportation of the Winner (or Winner's guest) to and from Venue for any rehearsal(s) or actual performance on night of the concert. The Prize is contingent upon the concert occurring on November 29, 2023, which is beyond the Station’s control. Station is not responsible if the Winner is unable to go on stage and perform if the artist(s) or Venue determines this is not allowable for any reason. In the event of illness, act of god, scheduling conflict or any other reason, Station is not responsible for this portion of the prize and no alternate prize will be awarded. There will be up to, but not more than, one (1) winner in this contest. Verified and confirmed winner will receive an email from Station with prize details. 

The winner(s) and any guest(s), if applicable, must comply with any and all COVID-19 vaccination, screening, testing, safety and related requirements imposed or required by (if applicable) the Station, the venue, event promoter, sponsors, travel providers, hotels, governmental authorities or others in connection with the receipt, use, and redemption of the prize. Refusal to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize and no replacement or alternate prize will be provided. All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Station and its sponsors. This includes, but is not limited to, event cancellations due to any pandemic or epidemic constituting a public health emergency, including those subject to government mandated quarantines, travel restrictions, or stay-at-home orders.  The Station and/or its sponsors shall in no way be responsible under any circumstances whatsoever for replacing, and/or for reimbursing any winner(s) with any form of compensation for, any prize(s) or portion(s) thereof forfeited due to the refusal of the winner(s) and/or their guest(s) to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements and/the cancellation of any event, nor will any alternate prize(s) be provided.
