A Dodgers fan made a nice catch to corral a home run off the bat of slugger Justin Turner on Wednesday night -- but he paid the price when the ball splashed down in his cheese-slathered nachos.
The sure-handed fan, who was sat with a companion in the first row just beyond the outfield wall in left-center field, proudly brandished his hard-earned souvenir for the cameras, even though his jacket was covered in the goopy yellow cheddar.
Later, a nearby spectator even hilariously scooped some of the spilled cheese off the fan's jacket with a nacho of his own.
Dodgers officials apparently saw the whole incident play out, and kindly gifted the fan a hoodie -- in Dodger blue.
Turner, for his part, reportedly sent the guy a new plate of nachos. The home run was his third on the young season.
