3 stabbed, 1 fatally, at Brooklyn family event

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Three men were stabbed, one fatally, at a family function in Brooklyn early Saturday morning, according to police.

The knife fight broke out at an event space on Knickerbocker Avenue near Flushing Avenue in East Williamsburg just after 3 a.m., officials said.

A 21-year-old man and 26-year-old man were both stabbed in the torso, and a 24-year-old man was stabbed in the neck, according to authorities.

EMS rushed the 24-year-old and 26-year-old to NYC Health + Hospitals/Elmhurst, where the 24-year-old was pronounced dead. The 26-year-old is in critical condition.

The 21-year-old walked himself to Wyckoff Heights Medical Center. He’s in serious but stable condition.

Police have not yet made any arrests, nor recovered any weapons at the scene.

An investigation into the stabbings is ongoing.
