Orchard Park, N.Y. (WGR Sports Radio 550) - For the first time since August, Buffalo Bills linebacker Matt Milano was back on the practice field with his teammates on Thursday.
Milano, who tore his left biceps and was placed on Injured Reserve prior to the start of the season, had his 21-day practice window opened by the club on Tuesday. He will need to be placed on the active 53-man roster by Dec. 4 or remain on Injured Reserve for the remainder of the season.
While Milano was on the field, tight end Dalton Kincaid and right tackle Spencer Brown were not for a second day in-a-row.
The 8-2 Bills face the 9-0 Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday at Highmark Stadium.
According to several reports on Thursday, Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker was dealing with a left knee issue and was expected to go under the knife for a procedure that would land him on Injured Reserve.
The Chiefs confirmed that news on Friday.
To replace Butker on the roster, the Chiefs have signed kicker Spencer Shrader off the New York Jets' practice squad.
