Sabres to appear 10 times on ESPN+/Hulu, TNT in 2021-22 season

The National Hockey League, ESPN and Turner Sports announced their national broadcast schedules on Thursday for the upcoming 2021-22 regular season. This included more than 100 games on ESPN, ESPN+, Hulu and ABC, as well as 50 games on TNT.

The Buffalo Sabres announced the team will be featured a total of 10 times this season exclusively on national broadcasts - Eight times on ESPN+/Hulu and twice on TNT.

Here is the official schedule of national broadcasts for the Sabres:

ESPN+/Hulu:
- Friday, Oct. 22: vs. Boston Bruins - 7 p.m. ET
- Tuesday, Nov. 2: at San Jose Sharks - 10:30 p.m. ET
- Friday, Nov. 12: vs. Edmonton Oilers - 7 p.m. ET
- Tuesday, Dec. 7: vs. Anaheim Ducks - 7:30 p.m. ET
- Tuesday, Feb. 1: at Vegas Golden Knights - 10 p.m. ET
- Friday, March 4: vs. Minnesota Wild - 7 p.m. ET
- Tuesday, April 5: vs. Carolina Hurricanes - 7 p.m. ET
- Thursday, April 7: at Carolina Hurricanes - 7:30 p.m. ET

TNT:
- Sunday, March 13: vs. Toronto Maple Leafs - 3 p.m. ET*
- Wednesday, March 23: vs. Pittsburgh Penguins - 7:30 p.m. ET

* - 2022 NHL Heritage Classic at Tim Hortons Field in Hamilton, Ontario

MSG will carry the remaining 72 games throughout the 2021-22 regular season. It is expected that Rick Jeanneret will call around 20 games this year in his final season as the play-by-play voice of the Sabres. Dan Dunleavy will remain as part of the Sabres broadcast to call the other 62 games on the schedule.

All 82 games this upcoming season can be heard on the official radio home of the Sabres - WGR Sports Radio 550.
