Amy Lappos is the second woman to accuse Joe Bidden of touching her inappropriately within the last week. However, several men, including a gay journalist came to Biden's defense saying that Biden is "touchy" with men as well. CNN's Don Lemon says Democrats are on an "apology tour," but not everything is worth an apology. Biden has released a statment regarding the issue which states that he does not feel as though he was acting inappropriately; however he does apologize to anyone who may have felt uncomfortable in his presence.
