The Trump administration has proposed a rule that many are saying is anti-LGTBQ as it allows adoption and foster care agencies to receive federal grants who reject LGBTQ couples as parents based on religious beliefs. The proposed rule released by the Department of Health and Human Services will remove Obama-era regulations that had banned discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity in HHS programs and services.
